On this page you will find information on the format of our online, self-paced courses. If you still have questions, please feel free to e-mail us at contact@uncoverforensics.com
Each course is broken up into a number of modules. Every module contains multiple lecture videos, followed by a quiz and in some cases a practical exercise.
At the start of every module are downloadable pdfs for every lecture within the module. Attendees may download and save the lecture pdfs, print them out to take notes on, or simply save them for their records. Pdfs may not be shared with anyone not registered for the course.
Lectures are provided via recorded video and embedded in the website. Meaning all course content is contained in one place. No need for attendees to have to navigate to multiple locations. Lectures consist of a combination of written presentations and videos of the instructor speaking.
Every course contains an introduction section that provides instruction on how the attendee is to move through the course. These instructions are provided both by video and by downloadable pdf.
Practical exercises are also contained within each course and must be completed by attendees in order to receive a certificate. Instructions on how to complete each practical exercise are provided both by video and by downloadable pdf. When applicable, links to complete practical exercises are provided with the instructions.
Quizzes are given at the end of every module and contain questions from that individual module. A final exam is given at the end of the course and is cumulative to the entirety of the course content. All quizzes and the final exam are required to receive a certificate. A grade of 70% or better is needed to pass.
Links to all quizzes and to the final are provided within the course website. Upon completion of the quiz or final, attendees are directed to a short feedback form and then automatically redirected back to the course website. No need for attendees to have to navigate from one website to another themselves.
